HLB PMO is an internal tool operated by its owner for a single project. It is not offered to the public.
Data we access
With the read-only permissions you grant, the tool reads, for files inside one designated Google Drive project folder only: file metadata, document and spreadsheet content, comments, revision lists, and Drive activity records (who did what and when). It reads nothing outside that folder and never writes to Google Drive.
How we use it
The data is used solely to produce a daily progress report for the project team: completion estimates, changed sections, comment status, file changes and alerts.
Where it is stored
- Daily text snapshots of tracked documents and the generated reports are stored in a private GitHub repository accessible only to the project owner.
- Reports are published to a website protected by access control and visible only to approved project members.
- Short excerpts of changed text (diffs) are sent to an AI summarization API (Z.ai) to generate change summaries. Full documents are not sent.
Sharing
We do not sell, share or use this data for advertising or for any purpose other than the project report.
Use of Google user data
The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Snapshots and reports are kept for the life of the project and deleted when the project ends. You can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
