HLB PMO

HLB PMO is a private, internal tool used by a project management office to produce a daily progress report for a set of project documents stored in Google Drive.

Once a day it reads the documents listed in the project's tracking sheet, compares them with the previous day's version, and summarizes progress, edits, comments and file changes into an HTML report that is visible only to the project team.

What it accesses

• Google Drive (read-only): metadata, content exports, comments and revision lists of files inside one designated project folder.
• Drive Activity (read-only): who edited, commented on, moved or shared those files, and when.
• Google Sheets (read-only): the project's tracking sheet and the contents of tracked spreadsheets.

The tool never creates, modifies, shares or deletes anything in Google Drive.
